压电晶体Al_（1-x）Ga_xPO_4的生长及其特性

摘　　要：用缓慢升温法成功研制出非铁电性二元系压电新晶体Ａｌ_（０．８８）Ｇａ_（０．１２）ＰＯ_４．通过原子光谱吸收、Ｒｕｔｈｅｒｆｏｒｄ背散射及Ｘ射线粉末衍射测定其组分及结构．并给出了新晶体的电弹常数和温度系数．Non-feroelectric binary system piezoelectric,single crystal Al(0.88)Ga(0.12) PO4 was grown from solution by slow heating method.The crystal composition and structure were analyzed by means of atomic obsoletion spectroscopy,Rutherford back scattering and X-ray diffraction.The elastic,dielectric,piezoelectric constant and temperature coefficient were determined.
