摘　　要：介绍了唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司AWSER70S-6CO2气保焊丝用盘条的生产情况;分析了碳、锰、硅含量对该钢抗拉强度的影响和拉拔脆断产生的原因,以及吐丝温度和冷却速度对组织性能的影响。The production situation of AWSER70S-6 CO2 welding wire of Tangshan Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., was introduced. The influence of chemical element contents, such as carbon, manganese and silicon, on tensile strength and non-plastic fracture during drawing were analyzed. Meanwhile, the effect of laying temperature and cooling speed on microstructure and peformance were studied.
