摘　　要：分析了蓄热式加热炉中蓄热体的选用,空、煤气喷口的设计,换向阀的选择原则等,并介绍了重庆钢铁集团公司中板厂新建3#蓄热式加热炉的技术参数、燃烧器的布置、排烟方式等。针对该炉投产后换向阀出现的故障,研制了硬密封偏心三通换向球阀,不仅使生产运行稳定,而且经济效益良好。The heat accumulator, air and gas jet design and reversing valve selection were analyzed. The general situation of technique parameters, heater arrangement and gas discharge types of No. 3 regenerative heating furnace of Plate Mill of Chongqing Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. were introduced. In view of the malfunction of its reversing valve, a new type was developed and the good effects were obtained.
