摘　　要：文中在简要介绍了PC/104和CAN总线技术特点的基础上,较详细地阐述了自动化测试仪的硬件、软件的设计及抗干扰设计。Based on the brief introduction of the features of PC/104 and CAN Bus technology, an automatic test instrument was presented. The hardware structure, software design and antl-disturbance design were illustrated in detail. Various experiment indicated the fast test speed, high accuracy and low price of the proposed system.
