摘　　要：城镇土地定级信息系统可实现城镇土地定级的自动化和动态化管理。对该系统的数据库设计、结构和功能设计以及集成方式等作了详细介绍;该系统以VisualBasic为开发环境,采用了北京超图公司研制的全组件式GIS—SuperMap Objects组件,并结合了土地定级专业模型。SuperMap Objects具有强大的GIS功能,该组件的使用极大地提高了系统的工作效率。Information system of land grading in cities and towns could realize automatic and dynamic management about land grading in such areas. Database design, structure and functions design and integrating method of this system were introduced in detail. This system was developed in Visual Basic environment. SuperMap Objects, which is developed by Beijing SuperMap Corporation, was adopted in the system. And professional model of land grading was also integrated into it. The GIS function of SuperMap Objects is so great that the utility of it has strongly enhanced the efficiency of the system.
