摘 要:近几十年来大跨度空间结构在世界范围内得到了长足的发展。这些大跨度钢结构的施工过程中遇到了很多在中小型钢结构建造过程中从未遇到过的问题,如大型构件吊装过程中的强度、刚度和稳定性,拆撑过程中永久结构和临时结构的相互作用及其安全性等。用施工力学的方法对施工过程进行预分析,不仅可以优选结构施工方案,而且可以与施工同步实测的数据进行比较,保证结构施工安全顺利地进行。基于有限元方法,开发了针对大跨度钢结构施工过程分析的方法和程序,可以建立在ANSYS、MARC等大型有限元平台上,并充分考虑施工步骤,施工荷载,支撑条件变化,拆撑过程等的影响,对结构施工进行全过程的跟踪模拟分析。The long-span steel structures are developing quickly in recent decades around the world. Although few problems appeared in ordinary steel structures, many problems were met during the erection process of the long-span steel structures, such as the strength, stiffness, stability in large scale truss erection procedure, the interaction between permanent structures and temporary structures in the removing procedure. The construction mechanic method can be used to select and guide the construction of long-span steel structures, and can be used to real-time analysis by comparing to the monitoring data which guarantees the construction safety. An analysis method for tracing construction process is developed, which can be built on FEM platform such as ANSYS, MARC etc. It can be used to consider the influences of construction loading, supporting conditions changing, members adding and removing etc.
