摘　　要：介绍了水钢开发HRB500Ⅳ级热轧带肋钢筋的试制方案设计及实施过程。通过V-Fe、V-N及Nb-Fe(含Nb-V复合)三种合金试制工艺对比,根据产品的最终性能、产品的微观组织形态、合金元素的强化机理及结合现有工艺状况,确定公司HRB500Ⅳ级钢筋生产方案,达到批量生产HRB500Ⅳ钢筋的能力。Introduce the manufacturing plan and implementation process of HRB500 Ⅳ hot rolled reinforced bar. Through V - Fe, V - N and Nb - Fe （contain Nb - V compound） three kinds of alloy trial manufacturing craft contrast, according to the product final performance, microscopic organization, alloying element strengthened mechanism and existing processes, define the production plan of HRB500 Ⅳ hot rolled reinforced bar, achieve the volume production ability.
