摘　　要：目的:总结与探讨心脏贯通伤的急救及护理,提高抢救成功率.方法:针对心脏贯通伤病人的急救、护理及效果进行分析.结果:心脏贯通伤患者行开胸手术后,抢救成功,效果良好.结论:早期准确诊断治疗,采取迅速有利的急救及护理措施,尽早手术是抢救成功的关键,而术后病情观察及全面护理是抢救成功的保障.Objective：To summarize and discuss the first aid and nursing for penetrating wound of heart and increase the success rate of salvage. Methods- Analyzing the measures of first aid and nursing and their effects for penetrating wound of heart. Results：After chest operations, patients with penetrating wound of heart have been successfully salvaged. Conclusion：Accurate diagn^is and timely treatment, taking rapid and effective first aids and nursing measures, performing operation as soon as possible, are the keys to successful salvages. Observations of patient＇s condition after operations and overall nursing are the guarantees of successful salvages.
