树立科学发展观,强化政府生态责任

摘　　要：党的十六届三中全会提出了全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,从而使科学发展观成为我国建设和谐社会的指导思想。树立和落实科学发展观,要求政府在进行经济建设的同时,更要注意保护生态环境,明确政府对自然、市场、公众和政府自身的生态责任,实现人与自然的和谐发展。The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee of CCP has proposed an overall, coordinating and sustainable scientific development view, thus makes the scientific development view become the guidelines of our harmonious society construction. Establishing and implementing the scientific development view requires the government also more attention to protection of ecological environment while developing economy, and the government should ensure the government＇s eco-responsibility to nature, market, the public and it＇s own, so that make sure the harmonious development of human and nature.
