摘　　要：当今世界生态问题日益严峻,现代工业文明背后的生态危机有将人类推向毁灭的危险。各国政府都把生态管理作为政府责任管理的重要内容,政府的责任在今天正经历一次重大的再思考,一次重大的挑战。政府主导生态管理,已被视为政府的重要职责内容之一。本文即是对政府生态责任的内涵、必要性及构建做出论述。The ecological problem of the world is seriou day by day. The ecological crisis behind the modern industry civilization will push man into the deconstruction danger. Most counties have regarded the eco-management as the important content of government responsibility management. Government responsibility is experiencing significant ponders and one great challenge today. This article deeply analyses the government eco-responsibility in its connotation,necessity and construction.
