摘　　要：2005年,我国经济社会发展保持良好势头,宏观调控成果得到进一步巩固。国家电网公司认真吸取国外大面积停电事故教训,深入开展反事故斗争,完善安全生产制度体系,加强安全生产的监督管理,在电网结构薄弱、电力供需紧张、自然灾害频发、外力破坏影响严重等不利情况下,保证了电网安全稳定运行。结合2005年发生的对电网影响较大的部分安全故障,从故障的原因、后果及采取的防范措施等方面对当前电网事故发生的特点和规律进行了分析和总结。希望引起有关部门重视,吸取经验教训,采取有效措施,不断加强和规范电网安全管理工作,提高电网抵御事故的能力。National economy in China continued to maintain good momentum in 2005, and the accomplishment of macroeconomic control was further strengthened. SGCC learned a lesson carefully from power failure in large area abroad, deepened the movement of anti-accident, improved safety system in production, strengthened supervisory and management of safety production, and ensured the power grid security operation under the weak structure of power grid, short of power supply and demand, natural calamity attack from time to time, and serious influence of damage from outside force etc. Combined with the security accidents occurred in 2005 with greater influence on power grid, the reason and consequences and the precautionary measures for the accidents were analyzed. It is hoped that the relevant departments should pay attention to learning the experiences and lessons, and taking effective measures, strengthening and normalizing power grid security and management continuously, raising the ability of power grid to resist accident.
