摘　　要：详细介绍2004年元件保护(100 MW及以上发电机保护,220kV及以上变压器、母线、高压并联电抗器保护)的运行情况,通过近几年正确动作率比较,反映出保护的运行水平发展情况；通过各种保护的典型事故分析,总结出在2004年运行中影响各种保护不正确动作的因素,找出元件保护不正确动作的原因并进行责任分析。通过相互交流,吸取经验教训,进一步改进工作,防止类似事故不再重演,进一步提高运行维护管理水平,为电力系统的安全稳定运行创造条件。The operation condition of element protection in 2004 was introduced in detail, including 100 MW and the above generator protection, 220 kV and the above transformer protection, bus and HV shunt reactor protections. Through the comparison of correct operation rate, the operation level in last few years was reflected, and through the analysis of typical faults for various protections, the factors affected on not correct operation of various protections in 2004 were summarized, from which the reason for not correct operation of element protection was found out and the responsibility analysis was carried out. The purpose is to exchange mutually, to absorb experiences and lessons, to prevent similar faults, to improve operation and maintenance level, and to create the conditions for power system operating safely and stably.
