摘  要:导线风偏是威胁架空输电线路安全稳定运行的重要因素之一,常常造成线路跳闸、导线电弧烧伤、断股、断线等。风偏往往发生在大风天气和山区微地形气候区,在设计过程中,对当地的气候条件了解不透,就会造成杆塔头部尺寸不满足设计规程要求。通过对安阳供电公司正常运行的输电线路因风偏引起跳闸的原因进行技术分析,结合输电线路设计软件的校验比较,提出了架空输电线路在设计和正常更换复合绝缘子过程中,进行必要的风偏角校验方法,为架空输电线路的防风偏设计和安全运行提供依据。One of the important factors to threat the safe and stable running of the overhead transmission lines is flashovcr which caused bY windage yaw, it frequently induces transmission line trip, transmission line electric-abrasion, transmission line breakdown and so on. Flashover caused by windage yaw often occurs in gale weather and microclimate of mountainous area. The design size of transmission tower's forehead can not satisfy the request of design regulations without particular understanding to the local meteorological condition. By technical analysis on trip caused by flashover among transmission lines of Anyang Power Supply Company, and based on calibration comparison by design software, a method is proposed to calibrate the windage yaw angle during the process of design and replacement of composite insulator, which carries on the essential verification, and provides the basis of designing transmission line to prevent from windage yaw and ensure its safety operation.
