摘 要:针对当前网络化协同设计环境下4C集成所面临的困难,提出了基于4C集成服务模型与平台实现网络化4C集成的新模式。研究了新模式下技术与管理一体化的集成服务策略模型,建立了包含预处理层、自组织与自控制层、服务代理层和组件层的多层次服务过程模型。在服务模型的基础上开发了4C集成服务平台,给出了4C集成技术服务和管理服务的关键技术。应用实例表明,基于服务平台进行协同设计环境下的4C集成与协同,可显著降低中小企业4C集成的成本和难度,缩短协同设计项目的周期。Aiming at the 4C-integration difficulties in web--based collaborative design environ ment, a new approach was proposed which realized 4C-integration based on a web-based integration service platform. First, an integration service strategy that can provide both technological and management services was developed. Next, a hierarchical service process model was set up, which included user preparation layer, user self-organizing and controlling layer, service agent working layer and basic component layer. Based on the strategy and the process model, a 4C-integration service platform was developed. Key technologies for technological services and management services were described in detail. The case study shows that the realization of 4C-integration based on the service platform can effectively decrease the cost and the difficulties of 4C-integration for small and middlesized enterprises, and shorten the lead time of the collaborative design project.
