摘 要:针对以往研究齿轮系统拍击振动方法存在的不足,提出了齿轮系统拍击振动中高速碰撞和低速接触的概念。在分析计算基础上给出了区别高速碰撞和低速接触的判断标准,并提出了分析齿轮系统拍击振动的新方法。利用所提出的新方法研究发现,齿轮系统的拍击振动存在3种不同类型,即无回弹的时而啮合时而脱啮拍击振动状态、有回弹的时而啮合时而脱啮拍击振动状态以及完全的脱啮拍击振动状态,而不同类型的拍击状态在振动强度上有很大的区别。The concepts of high speed impact and low speed Contact in gear rattling were proposed firstly in accordance with the disadvantages of the present methods. The criterion for distinguishing high speed impact and low speed contact was defined by calculaion and analyses. And then the critical impact velocity was given. Based on these concepts, a new method for researching the gear rattling was developed. According to the calculation results by means of the new method presented, it is found that there are three kinds of rattling in gear system. Gear pair is alternating in engaging and disengaging repeatedly in the first one or the second one. When the gear teeth cause to contact from disengaging state, there is no rebound in first kind but rebound in second one. And in the last one, the collision between gear teeth will occur again and again without engaging. Three kinds of rattling are different greatly in rattling levels.
