摘  要:羊驼的卧式交配姿势、交配时间长以及子宫角射精等特性给羊驼人工采精技术带来很大困难。结合羊驼生殖生理特性,建立和优化了假阴道法羊驼人工采精技术,建立了羊驼采精异性刺激持续辅助诱情法。在假阴道的设计中,用特殊的温控装置,保证了内胎温度保持长时间恒定;在内胎中放置一“仿宫颈结构”模拟了羊驼子宫角射精。运用试验所建立的方法多次成功采集了3只种用公羊驼的精液。对采集的羊驼精液进行了品质评价,羊驼人工采精交配时间为(22.88±4.64)min;一次性射精量为2.25±0.38ml;精液粘稠度为(2.4±0.6)cm;精子活率为82.55%±3.57%;精子密度为(276.11±37.64)×106/ml;pH值为7.51±0.15;精子畸形率为28.95%±1.80%。It is difficult to collect semen artificially because of the mating posture, duration of copulation and intrauterine deposition of semen in alpaca. Based on analysis of the reproductive physiology of alpaca, one consistent and reliable method to collect alpaca semen artificially was established. Some new data on the artificial vagina and alpaca dummy were presented and one kind of new way to control the temperature and pressure was developed. Three adult male alpacas were used in this test and their semen was collected successfully. The characteristics of semen were tested. The results showed as follows: Characteristics of alpaca semen collected using AV and dummy were: 22.88±4.64min for semen collection time, 2.25±0.38ml for ejaculate volume, 2.4±0.6cm for semen viscosity, 82.55±3.57% for sperm-activity, 276.11±37.64x106sperm/ml for sperm concentration, 7.51±0.15 for pH, 28.95±1.80% for abnormal spermatozoa.
