摘　　要：目的探讨早期血浆S-100B蛋白测定在醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤患者50例,入院后即抽取血浆标本送检,检测血浆S-100B蛋白含量及乙醇含量,检测结果与患者CT检查结果比较。结果CT阳性组血浆S-100B蛋白含量〔(0.55±0.13)μg/L〕明显高于CT阴性组〔(0.21±0.07)μg/L〕,P<0.01。结论血浆S-100B蛋白在醉酒后轻型颅脑损伤的诊断中具有可靠的应用价值。Objective To determine the diagnostic value of S- 100B protein as a biology marker in alcohol- intoxicated minor head injury. Methods Fifty alcohol- intoxicated patients with minor head injury （Glasgow Coma Scale score 13 - 15） were included in this study, Venous blood samples for S - 100B protein and alcohol content were obtained soon after admission. The serum levels of S- 100B protein were compared with CT findings. Results The level of serum S- 100B protein of the CT positive group [ average （0.55 ±0.13）μg/L] was significantly increased, as compared with that of the CI＇ negative group [ average （0.21± 0.07） μg/L, P 〈 0.01 ]. Conclusion S- 100B protein is a reliable biological marker in alcohol- intoxicated minor head injury.
