摘  要:目的:观察丹参对慢性肺源性心脏病(CCP)患者血浆神经降压素(NT)及神经肽Y(NPY)含量的影响。方法:用放射免疫分析法测定40例慢性肺源性心脏病患者血浆NT、NPY的水平,并以30例健康者作对照,观察CCP患者常规治疗及在其基础上加用丹参静脉滴注后NT和NPY的水平变化。结果:CCP患者血浆NT和NPY水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。常规治疗及加用丹参治疗后NT、NPY水平均有明显下降,且丹参治疗组较常规治疗组下降更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:丹参可明显降低CCP患者血浆NT、NPY水平,对改善患者缺氧及心功能有重要作用。Objective: To observe the effect of Salviae mihiorrhizae (SM) on the plasma level of Neurotensin (NT) and Neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients with chronic cot pulmonale (CCP). Methods: Plasma Levels of NT and NPY were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 40 CCP patients with the routine treatment only or the routine treatment plus SM administered intravenously, and 30 normal subjects. Results: Plasma levels of NT and NPY in CCP patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects (P〈0.01) ; Both NT and NPY levels from CCP patients were decreased by the routine treatment or the routine treatment plus SM, but decreased significantly more by the later (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: SM can clearly lower down the levels of NT and NPY from CCP patients, which suggests that SM might reduce the anoxia to improve the eardiact function of the CCP patients.
