摘 要:目的:了解HB sA g阳性孕妇及其新生儿PBM C HBV感染状况。方法:采用原位杂交(ISH)技术检测114例孕妇和新生儿PBM C涂片中HBV DNA。结果:114例HB sA g阳性孕妇及其新生儿PBM C HBV DNA的检出率分别为28.07%(32/114)和32.46%(37/114);HB sA g阳性孕妇与其新生儿之间的PBM C HBV感染存在一致性(K app a=0.52,P<0.01)。结论:证实HB sA g阳性孕妇与其新生儿之间的PBM C HBV感染存在一致性。Objective:To observe the status of HBV infection in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from the HBsAg-positive mothers and their neonates. Methods;In situ hybridization (ISH) was used to detect HBV DNA in PBMC smear from 114 HBsAg-positive mothers and theirs newborns. Results:The positive rates of the PBMC HBV infection of the mothers and their neonates were 28. 07% and 32.46%, respectively. There was an agreement of the HBV infection status between the mothers and their newborns (Kappa=0. 52, P〈 0.01). Conclusion:The result suggests that the HBV infection status from the mothers agrees with that from their newborns.
