摘　　要：根据国家法律法规及传染病流行特征,分析了医院感染管理科和感染管理人员在医院传染病防治中的工作任务和作用,感染管理科是医院防治传染病的重要职能科室及医院传染病预防控制和应急处理的技术机构,是疾病预防控制中心(CDC)在医院的延伸和医院与CDC联系的桥梁,充分发挥感染管理人员在传染病预防、控制、监测、报告、预警、咨询、指导及监督检查等工作的作用,是医院快速有效防治传染病的重要保证。Based on the prevention and cure of infection disease law and the epidemic feature of infection disease, the author analyzed the role of the hospital infection management department. The department of hospital infection management was the important section of preventing infection disease and the technical supports section of infection disease emergency handling. It was the extension of CDC and the bridge of hospital and CDC. The author suggested that the full play of hospital infection management department on infection disease prevention, controlling, surveillance, report, warning, consultation, guidance and supervision was the effective way to prevent and cure the infection disease actively and effectively.
