摘　　要：医务人员由于职业的特殊性,在工作过程中被其服务对象的感染性体液、血液、排泄物和飞沫等感染的几率很大,其职业风险与职业保健问题必须加以重视。加强对各医疗机构内医院感染管理人员的培训,强化医务人员的职业安全意识与防护措施,普及职业防护相关知识,建立健全相关制度,推广和强化标准预防,并在此基础上实施接触隔离、空气隔离和飞沫隔离,减少有可能造成医务人员感染的不必要操作,是避免医院感染、规避医务人员感染风险的有效途径。In the course of providing medical service, the medical staffs were infected easily by the patients＇ humor, blood, excreta and droplet. So the occupational risk and occupational protection should be highly attended. Several strategies should be made to decrease the infection probability. Such as training the full-time hospital infection staffs, strengthening the occupational safety consciousness and occupational protection, pervading the occupational protection information and promoting the standard precaution. Based on the above strategies, some of measures, such as closely contract isolation, droplet isolation, air isolation and unnecessary operation reducing could be adopted.
