摘 要:介绍了用硫化碱湿法提取锡的新工艺及电化学基础研究。在黝锡矿精矿中配入硫化钠和炭粉进行烧结,然后采用水浸出、净化和电积流程,锡的总回收率在90%以上。采用多种电化学方法测定和研究了SnS_4^(4-)离子在锡电极上的还原动力学参数和机理。A new process of tin hydrometallurgy from stannite concentrate and the electrochemical behaviors of SnS_4 ̄(4-) were studied. In the new process, stannite concentrate which was blended with sodium sulphide (Na_2S·_9H_2O), charcoal powder and sulpher was sintered at the temperature of 650℃ for an hour. Then the processes of leaching, purification and electrolysis were adopted. The mechanism and kinetics of SnS_4 ̄(4-) at tin electrode in NaOH-Na_2S-Na_4SnS_4 solution by various kinds of electrochemical methods were also investigated.
