锌电解液中痕量钴和镉的同时在线分析

摘　　要：用自行研制的新型在线吸光光度分析仪，对锌净化液中痕量钴和镉进行同时在线分析，在６０ｓ内自动完成调空白、采样进样、读数、标准校正及打印结果，采样频率６０个／ｈ。钴在０１～８ｍｇ／Ｌ之间，镉在００５～４ｍｇ／Ｌ之间符合朗伯比尔定律。该法已应用于锌净化液中痕量钴和镉的同时测定。A new method for the on line simultaneous analysis of trace cobalt and cadmium in the purified solution of zinc hydrometallurgy has been studied by the aid of the self designed on line photometric analyzer. The analysis process including zeroing, sample loading and injecting, data reading , standard calibration, measurement of absorbance and results printing can be completed in less than 60s.The sampling frequency is 60 samples per hour.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 1～8 g/mL for determining Co and 0 05～4 g/mL for determining Cd respectively. The method proposed has been applied to the simultaneous determination of cobalt and cadmium in zinc sulphate solutions of the purification process at Zhuzhou smelter.The results are satisfactory.
