摘　　要：雕塑艺术在当下文化中的处境是一个值得思考的话题。一方面,西方传统和中国文化中的许多关键要素在交互产生着影响;另一方面,当代艺术的某种“泛形式”的边沿状态也作用于雕塑的表现。吴为山的创作在此进行了有益的探索,他的“写意雕塑”既有鲜明的中国传统美学特征,同时也是西方现代主义影响的产物,从一个特定角度看,这是一种纯粹意义上的雕塑。Sculpture in the present cultural situation is a topic that is worth considering. On one hand, many key elements in the Western tradition and Chinese culture are interacting with one another; on the other, the phenomenon of “pan-formalism” in contemporary art is operating upon sculpture. Wu Wei-shan has made a creative exploration in the field, and his freehand brushwork is a combination of traditional Chinese aesthetics and western modernism which is a pure sculpture from a particular perspective.
