摘　　要：如何按照先进性建设的要求,不断加强党员领导干部的党性锻炼,是在新的历史条件下推进党的建设新的伟大工程必须解决的重大课题。新时期加强党员领导干部的党性锻炼,是党的先进性建设的重要内容;在新的历史条件下,党员领导干部必须围绕改造世界观加强党性锻炼;按照先进性建设要求,构建加强党员领导干部党性锻炼的长效机制。How to keep cultivating the Party spirit of the leading officials of the CPC according to the advanced nature of the CPC is a great subject which should be undertaken in propelling the new great project of the Party building under the new historical condition, which is an important content of the advanced nature of the CPC. Under the new historical condition, the leading officials of the CPC should cultivate their Party spirit while remolding their world outlook and build a long-term mechanism to cultivate their Party spirit according to the advanced nature of the CPC.
