摘　　要：中越“两廊一圈”经贸合作议题的提出,既是对多年来蓬勃发展的两国经贸关系的肯定,同时也显示两国经贸交往还潜在着巨大的可开发空间。“两廊一圈”性质上是中国—东盟自由贸易区之下的中越自由贸易区,它在内容和实施步骤上将以中国—东盟自由贸易区的相关协议为蓝本和框架,其建设进程不会快于中国—东盟自由贸易区时间表。The economic and trade cooperation of ＂Two Economic Corridors and One Economic Circle around the North Bay＂ between Viet Nam and China gives a defmition to the economic and trade relations between the two countries which has developed vigorously for many years, and at the same time, shows that there is great space for the two countries to associate with each other in economy and trade as well. In ita character, ＂Two Economic Corridors and One Economic Circle around the North Bay＂ means the Viet Nam-China free trade zone under the ASEAN-China free trade zone, and in ira content and its steps, which will take the correlative agreement of the ASEAN- China free trade zone as original version and framework, and ira process is after the one of the ASEAN-China free trade zone.
