摘  要:本文介绍了某氧化铝厂在石灰烧制工序的以煤代焦试验,针对试验中出现的石灰炉顶温高、底部灰温高以及石灰生烧、偏烧严重,质量严重下滑的技术难题,对煤块震动给料设备、炉顶密封、布料器以及炉底通风进行了改造,确定了以原煤块为燃料的冶金竖式石灰炉烧制石灰的冶金工艺制度和操作制度,成功解决了以煤代焦试验中出现的技术难题,在生产中得到推广应用。This article presented the experiment of an alumina Refinery which used coal insted of coke in the lime burned process, there are some technical problems in this process, such as higher temperature on the top of the lime furnace, higher temperature of ash at bottom of the furnace as well as burned uneven lime, unburned & over burned and serious worsen quality. It was confirmed that metallurgy process regulations and operation rules used vertical furnace by means of used coal instead of coke through modifying some equipment such as vibrant feeder for coal block, sealing the furnace top, dis- tributor and improve ventilation of bottom furnace. This way which used coal by coke can successfully solve some problems in this process, and be used popularity in Alumina Production.
