摘 要:目的研究氨来呫诺对兔口腔颊黏膜的渗透机制。方法在不同pH值溶液条件下,测定氨来呫诺的表观油/水分配系数。利用兔口腔颊黏膜体外渗透实验装置,测定不同pH值对氨来呫诺渗透性的影响。结果在pH 5.8,6.4和7.4条件下,氨来呫诺的表观油/水分配系数分别为100.8,33.0和16.2,氨来呫诺的渗透系数分别为4.54,1.81和0.99(cm·s^(-1))。结论表明氨来呫诺的渗透性符合pH-分配学说。OBJECTIVE To study the permeation mechanism of amlexanox through rabbit buceal mueosa. METHODS Apparent oil/water partition coefficients of amlexanox were determined under different solution pHs. The rabbit buccal mueosa permeation test was used in vitro. Amlexanox permeability was determined at different solution pHs. RESULTS At pH 5.8,6.4 and 7.4, apparent oil/water partition coefficients of amlexanox were 100.8,33.0 and 16.2, respectively. Permeability coefficient of amlexanox were 4.54, 1.81 and 0.99 ( cm·s^-1 ) ,espectively. CONCLUSION Amlexanox permeability follows the pH-partition theory.
