摘　　要：以"王斌余悲剧"案为视角,对农民工这一都市边缘特殊群体社会保障地位的边缘化特性及制度阙如进行了深入剖析,并就重塑农民工社会保障主体地位的法理依据、经济基础和现实社会(政治)要求予以了理论论证与思考。By the case of ＂Tragedy of Wang Binyu＂, this article tries to reveal the real survival present situation of farmer-workers, a group living on the edge of cities. The author analyzes the edging characteristic of their rights in the social security and the deficiency of the system. And the author offers the theory proof and require on the rule of jurisprudence and the economic base or the requirements of political rights.
