摘　　要：本文探讨了电热水器中占主流地位的电热管加热式电热水器采用保护接地的有关问题。分析了目前市场上颇具代表性的利用水电阳原理进行防漏电方法的实际意义。提出了一种新型的电热管加热式电热水器的防漏电安全方案,以及修改 GB4706．12—1995《家用和类似用途电器的安全贮水式电热水器的特殊要求》安全标准中的有关器具类型要求和取消电热管保护接地的意见。this article discussed problems to adopt protective earthing in the electrical water heater with the tubular electric heating element that occupy the major position of the electrical water heater. Analyzes the practical meaning of the method quite to have the representative in the present market to use water resistance principle to carry on guards against the leakage. Puts forward the new-type safe scheme for one electrical water heater, as well as proposes the revision of class requirements of appliance in GB4706.12 - 1995 ＂Safety of household and similar electrical appliance. Particular requirements for storage electrical heaters＂, and the cancellation protective earthing of the tubular electric heating element metal outer.
