HPLC法测定肾宝片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立肾宝片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量测定的 HPLC 分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Alltech ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:0.74%磷酸水溶液(三乙胺调节 pH 至3.5)-乙腈(67:33),检测波长:245 nm。结果:补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在9.92～44.64及4.83～38.64μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.5%及101.6%,RSD 分别为2.2%及0.99%。结论:本法操作简便,重现性好,可作为该制剂质控方法之一。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Shenbao tablets. Method：The quantitative analysis was performed on an Alltech C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μa）with a mobile phase of 0. 74% H3PO4 water solution （ The pH was adjusted to 3.5 by triethylamine） - acetonitrile （67： 33 ）, and detection wavelength at 245 nm. Results： Good linearity of psoralen was showed within the range of 9. 92 - 44. 64μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 9991 ） and isopsoralen within the range of 4. 83 - 38. 64μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9996 ）. The average recovery of psoralen and isopsoralen were 100. 5% and 101.6%, respectively. The RSD were 2. 2% and 0. 99%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
