摘　　要：目的:探讨甲硝唑氯己定洗剂中葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量测定方法。方法:紫外-可见分光光度法。结果:葡萄糖酸氯己定含量测定条件得到控制。结论:改进后的测定方法准确、重复性好。Objective：To study a regulative method for the determination of chlorhexidine gluconate in metronidazole and chlorhexidine lotion. Methods：The spectrophotometric methods. Results：Keep the determination of chlorhexidine gluconate in metronidazole and chlorhexidine lotion under control methods. Conclusion：The method is convenient for a good resolution.
