摘　　要：[目的]检查公共场所集中空调系统通风管道卫生状况。为继续深入贯彻落实《公共场所空调系统卫生规范》,规范公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生管理和完善传染病预防以及突发公共卫生事件应急措施提供依据。[方法]根据山东省下发《方法技术指南》,采用擦拭法采样、实验分析方法,对辖区内10家宾馆饭店和大型商场的空调系统通风管道内的积尘进行随机采样,并进行积尘量和积尘中细菌总数、真菌总数指标检测,共布点90个,采集样品180份。[结果]公共场所集中空调系统通风管道积尘量有92.22%超标、积尘中细菌总数有86.67%超标、真菌总数有83.33%超标。[结论]应认真做好经常性检查、日常维护和清洁消毒工作,确保空调系统运行的安全卫生。[Objective]To explore the hygienic situation of ventilation vessels of central air conditioning system in Jinan＇s public sites ,in order to enforce the supervision on their ventilation system and perfect the infection prevention, and provide basis for paroxysmal public health incidents control. [Methods]180 deposit dust samples were collected randomly from ventilation vessels of central air conditioning systems in 90 spots of 10 hotels and large marketplaces. Dust quantity,general bacterial population and fungus population of dust were tested for them. [Results]99.22% of the dust quantity test resuits,86.67% of the general bacterial population test results and 83.33% of fungus population test results were over the standards. [Conclusion]Regularly inspection, daily maintenance and cleaning and disinfecting should be done seriously, in order to ensure the safty and health of the central air conditioning systems.
