摘　　要：[目的]了解临沂市健康人群流脑免疫水平,掌握流脑流行趋势。[方法]2004年,对临沂市兰山区部分健康人群进行流脑抗体水平检测。[结果]合格采样216人,流脑A群、C群抗体阳性率分别为97.69%,86.57%,GMT分别为1∶22.48、1∶11.03。[结论]临沂市健康人群流脑A群、C群抗体阳性率、GMT均较高,极有可能存在C群流脑菌的自然感染。[Objective]To understand the immune situation and master the future incidence of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis （ECM） in healthy population in Linyi. [Methods]To detect the ECM-antibody of some of the healthy population from Lanshan district, Linyi City in 2004, [Results]216 qualified samples were collected. The positive result rates of antibody to A germ colony and C germ colony of ECM were 97.69% and 86.57%,their GMT were 1： 22, 48 and 1：11.03, respectively. [Conclusion]The positive result rates of antibody to A germ colony and C germ colony of ECM and their GMT in healthy population in I.inyi City were all higher. It was very possible that there＇s natural infection of C germ colony of ECM in Linyi City.
