摘　　要：[目的]了解平顶山市市区托幼机构玩具消毒状况,确保托幼机构玩具的卫生安全。[方法]2005年4月调查平顶山市市区38家托幼机构消毒管理制度、洗刷消毒设施、玩具消毒等状况。[结果]使用中消毒剂浓度检测合格率为50.00%,玩具消毒效果检测合格率为70.59%,其中皮球检测合格率为54.17%,积木检测合格率为71.88%。[结论]要加强消毒管理制度的落实,加大卫生消毒设施建设。加强监测监督管理力度,提高托幼机构玩具的合格率。[Objective]To study the toys disinfection conditions in the urban kindergartens in Pingdingshan City,in order to ensure the hygience ＆ safety of Children＇s toys in the kindergartens. [Methods]38 urban kindergartens were investigated in Pingdingshan City in April 2005 on their disinfection management rules, cleaning and disinfection facilities, toy disinfection condition, etc. [Resuits]The quality rate of the disinfectants which were on using was 50.00%, the quality rate of toys disinfection effect was 70. 59% ,those of the ball and the toy bricks were 54.17% and 71.88% respectively. [Conclusion]carrying out of the disinfection management rules, building of health disinfection facilities and surveillance and su pervision on kindergartens＇ management should be strengthened in order to improve the quality rate of the kindergartens＇ toys.
