济南市历城区农村儿童计划免疫接种情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解历城区农村地区儿童计划免疫接种情况。[方法]采用《2004年全国计划免疫综合审评方案》,随机抽查全区70个行政村1 311名儿童。[结果]“五苗”全程合格接种率97.36%,乙脑疫苗接种率为90.41%,流脑疫苗接种率为94.03%。各乡镇之间流脑疫苗接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=72.39,P<0.01);百白破疫苗、麻疹疫苗加强免疫接种率分别为96.22%、94.58%,各乡镇之间接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=42.43、69.44,P<0.01);乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗、基础“五苗”之间接种率差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.43,P<0.01)。[结论]全区各乡镇之间计划免疫工作发展不平衡,全区乙脑、流脑疫苗接种率较“五苗”低,亟待加强宣传、培训和监督检查,及时调整乙脑、流脑疫苗接种季节,减少接种反应,切实提高接种率。[Objective]To understand the situation of planning immunity inoculation of Licheng rural children. [Methods]To spot-check 1 311 children from 70 administrative villages in Licheng district randomly,according to ＂integrated evaluation scheme of our country for immunization programme of 2004＂. [Results]The vaccination qualified rate of the five kinds of vaccines were up to 97.36% ;the vaccination rate of JEV and Meningitis were 90.41% and 94.03% ;the vaccination rates of Meningitis vaccine of different towns had remarkable differences（ χ^2= 72.39, P 〈0. 01）. The sthrenghtened vaccination rate of DPT and MV were 96.22% and 94.58% respectively, which showed remarkable differences between every two towns （χ^2= 42. 43 , 69. 44 , P〈0.01）. The vaccination rates of all the basic five kinds of vaccines,JEV and Meningitis vaccine had remarkable differences between each other（χ^2 = 44.43, P 〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The progress of planning immunity inoculation in different towns of Licheng District was uneven. The vaccination rates of JEV and Meningitis vaccine were low＇er than those of the five kinds of vaccines. Therefore, strenghtening propaganda, training, supervision and inspection on planning immunity inoculation was urgently needed in order to reduce vaccinated reaction and improve the vaccination rate.
