艾灵颗粒治疗HIV/AIDS患者19例临床总结

摘　　要：目的通过对应用艾灵颗粒治疗HIV感染者/AIDS患者前后疗效指标的对比,探讨中医药对艾滋病的疗效。方法给予19例HIV感染者/AIDS患者益气活血中药艾灵颗粒,疗程8个月,治疗前后记录症状体征积分,并检测体重、免疫功能、病毒载量、细胞因子、ALT和Cr。结果治疗后患者症状有明显改善,尤其是乏力、脱发的P值<0.05,症状总积分P值亦<0.05,有统计学意义。体重保持稳定。CD4总有效率57.89%,病毒载量总有效率84.21%,IL-2有增高趋势,但P>0.05尚未达到统计学意义。ALT、Cr治疗前后无明显变化。结论中药艾灵颗粒能显著改善HIV感染者/AIDS患者的临床症状,提高生存质量,并在一定程度上维护免疫功能,稳定病毒载量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of a traditional granule formulation named Ailing for the treatment of HIV/AIDS cases. Methods Ninteen HIV/AIDS cases were treated for a period of 8 months with AiLing, whose main function was to nourish qi and activate blood according to the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine During the treatment symptoms and weights of the patients were recorded,and their immune function, viral loads, cytokine, ALT, and Cr were tested. Results The symptoms of the treated patients, especially fatigue and baldness were reduced （P 〈 0.05）. The total improvement rate of CD4 count was 57.89 % . The total effective rate of viral load was 84.21% , although IL-2 was not enhanced significantly.ALT,Cr and weight saw no change.Conclusion The granule AiLing could improve symptoms of the treated patients and enhance their quality of survival and could to certain extent maintain their immune functions and stabilize viral loads.
