摘　　要：目的 了解四川省凉山州某吸毒严重地区暗娼性病感染及其危险因素情况.方法 从社区招募暗娼调查其社会人口学和高危行为特征,并进行性病感染检测.结果 在被调查的343名暗娼中,HIV感染率为0.6%（2/343）,其中吸毒人群HIV感染率为3.1%（1/32）;性病感染率为20.1%（69/343）.多因素分析结果显示,低档性服务场所（OR值为1.93,95%CI为1.11～3.37）、平均每天性交人数多（OR值为2.44;95%CI为1.07～5.57）是暗娼性病感染的危险因素.结论 吸毒严重地区暗娼高危行为和性病感染率高,表明存在HIV通过高危性行为从高危人群扩散到一般人群的潜在威胁.Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of sexually transmitted diseases（STDs） among female sex workers（FSWs） in a heavy drug using area in Liangshan of Sichuan province. Methods From December,2004 to January, 2005, a community-based survey was conducted to investigate demographic characteristics, drug use , sexual behaviors and condom use in local FSWs. Blood samples were also taken to test for HIV and syphilis. A total of 343 subjects were recruited for the study through community outreach and peer recruiting methods. Results Of the 343 FSWs,HIV prevalence was 0.6 % （2/343）. The prevalence of HIV in the FSWs using drugs was 3.1% （1/32）, while the prevalence of STDs was 20.1% （69/343）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the status of sex service sites（OR, 1.93; 95%CI,1.11～3.37） and the average number of sex with men per day （OR,2.44;95% CI,1.07～5.57） were independently associated with the risks of STDs prevalence. Conclusions The results of this study showed that the risk behavior and prevalence of STDs were high among FSWs in this heavy drug using area, where clearly exixts a potential for the transmission of HIV through unprotected sexual practice from high-risk population to the general population.
