摘 要:某综合楼为一高层钢结构建筑。试验及对火灾调查表明,由于构件相互作用及荷载传递路径的改变,整体结构中的构件的抗火性能与抗火试验中的简支梁或柱有很大不同。本文采用基于性能化思想的抗火设计方法,对该综合楼进行了整体分析,考虑了构件之间的相互作用,并结合梁产生悬链线效应后的特点,确定出构件的实际受力。据此进行了构件强度及稳定的验算,提高了构件在火灾作用下的安全性。在楼板的抗火设计中,采用较新的科研成果,考虑了薄膜效应的影响,使一部分次梁免于防火保护,降低了防火成本。The facts demonstrated in the experiments and the real fire hazards showed that the fire-resistant capacity of members in a global structure are different from the simply-supported beams and columns in fire conditions, which may be induced by the interaction between the members and the change of the distribution of the load on the members. While the above effects are not considered in the current fire safety standards, in the paper the performance based design method is adopted in the fire-resistant design of a composite steel framed building to consider the above effect in a global structure. In the global structural analysis, the catenary action and the interaction between the columns and beams play an important role on the fire-resistant capacity of the members, which cannot be ignored in the fire safety design. Based on the force in the members obtained by the global structural analyses, the fire-resistant capacity of the members is checked by the calculating method, which is more reasonable than the conventional design method. According to the latest achievement of the research on the membrane action of the floor slab subjected to fire, the membrane action is considered in the fire-resistant design of floor slab, which leaves some second beams unprotected and the cost of fire protection is reduced.
