摘　　要：本文论述了普洱６．３级地震在环境因子、地震学和定点前兆等方面的中期前兆异常特征。从中可看出，普洱６．３级地震的发生决非偶然，它是多种物理场的汇集所在，是区域应力场在该地区进一步集中的表现结果。云南省１９９３年度趋势报告中，该区被圈定为省内第一个强震危险监视区。The Short-term precursory anomalies on environmental factors,seismological and fixed abservations before Pu' er M=6.3 earthquake are discribed in this paper.The results show that the Pu'er easthquake was never accidental,it wat the convergent location from multi-physical fields where local stress field further concentrated in.This location was circled as the first earthquake-risk mornitoring region In the earthquake trend report of 1993.
