摘 要:目的:比较“并行带瓣双静脉”及“带瓣单静脉”自体移植术后移植静脉管径及血流改变情况。方法:新西兰兔24只,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组12只。实验组兔下腔静脉行带瓣双静脉自体移植,对照组兔行带瓣单静脉自体移植,术后1天、1w、2w、4w行彩超检查,观察移植静脉管径及血流动力学改变情况。结果:术后第1天,对照组1只兔死于腹腔内大出血,其余23只兔术后1天血流频谱恢复正常,管径及血流速度测值即保持相对稳定状态。术后1天、1w及2w,两组兔移植静脉通畅率均为100%,术后4w,两组内各有1只兔移植静脉阻塞,通畅率分别为91.67%(11/12)及90.91%(10/11),差异无显著性(P>0.05);术后4w内,两组兔移植静脉内无1例血栓形成。结论:并行带瓣双静脉自体移植术后4w内,移植静脉血流通畅,与带瓣单静脉自体移植相比,通畅率差异无显著性,两组兔术后4w内移植静脉管径无明显变化。Objective: To compare the unobstructed rate and the changes of the diameter of the transplanted vein after the surgery of autogeneic graft of parallel bi-vein and uni-vein with valves. Methods: 24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (each group had 12 rabbits). The inferior vena cava (IVC) was replaced by autogeneic graft of parallel bi-vein (in experimental group) or uni-vein (in control group) with valves. The unobstructed rate and the changes of the diameter of the transplanted vein were observed by color Doppler ultrasound 1 d, 1 w, 2 w and 4 w after surgery. Results: ld after surgery the diameter of the vessels and the spectrum of the flow returned to normal except one rabbit. At the time of 1 d, 1 w and 2 w after surgery, the unobstructed rate of the transplanted vessels in both groups was 100%. There were 1 rabbit in the experimental group and one in the control group, whose transplanted vein were obstructed 4 w after surgery because of the compression of the adhering zone of peritoneum, which was confirmed by anatomy. No thromhus was ohserved in the transplanted vein in all animals during the 4 weeks after surgery. Conclusion: The transplanted veins are unobstructed during the 4 weeks after autogeneic graft of parallel bi-vein with valves. The unobstructed rate of the transplanted vein in the experimental group and the control group has no significant difference. The diameter of the transplanted vein has no changes in all animals.
