摘 要:本文从大豆膜质过氧化反应及其保护酶体系的变化、过氧化物酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的表达特性,分析了不同类型的大豆品种对大豆病毒病1号生理小种(SMV1)侵染后的生理生化反应。研究结果表明:大豆品种经SMV1号株系诱导后,感病品种丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增加幅效较大,抗病品种增加较少。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的表达则相反,在花叶病毒侵染条件下,感病与抗病品种过氧化物酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的表达存在着明显的差异。感病品种,过氧化物同工酶活性增强,并产生了一些大分子酶蛋白,苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶活性也明显增强;而抗病品种的过氧化物酶及苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的表达则没有改变,只是过氧化物酶同工酶的活性有所增强。植株体内的生理生化反应和变化与品种的抗性相一致。Physiological-biochemical reaction,change of membranous peroxidatic reaction and protective enzyme system.banks of hydrogen peroxidase and malic dehydrogenase isozyme of different soybean cultivars inoculated with SMV1 were studied. The results showed: the MDA content and activity of SOD enzyme of susceptible cultivars were increased greathy after inoculation with SMV1,but those of resistent cultivars were increased quite little.The expression of hydrogen peroxidase activity was exactly contrary,there were obvious difference on the expression of hydrogen peroxidese and malic dehydrogenase isozyme between susceptible and resistent cultivars.The activity of hydrogen peroxidase and malic dehydrogenase isozyme were obviously higher for susceptible cultivars and some new macromolecular enzyme protein were produced. But there was no any change on the expression of hydrogen peroxidase and malic dehydrogenase isozyme for resistent cultivars, just the hydrogen peroxidase isozyme activity was higher. These physioloicalbiochemical reactions and changes within plant were in aceordence with the cultivars resistance.
