水稻新质源不育系K17A的异交习性观察

摘　　要：通过对水稻新质源不育系Ｋ１７Ａ与野败型珍汕９７Ａ、印尼水田谷型Ⅱ－３２Ａ的异交习性对比观察，发现Ｋ１７Ａ具有开花期较集中且高峰期较明显；每天花时高峰期较早且明显，与父本花时相遇率较高；颖花柱头外露率高、柱头较长、面积大，对花粉附着力强；柱头生活力强，开花后活力下降慢等特点，利于提高异交结实率，获得较高的繁殖。A survey was conducted on the outcorssing habits of three cytoplasmic types of CMS lines in rice, in which K17A belongs to K type, Zhenshan 97A belongs to WA type and Ⅱ-32A is IP type. The results indicated that, compared with the other two CMS lines, K17A showed a more concentrated flowering period and an obvious flowering peak; an earlier and more remarkable peak of anthesis time, which resulted in a higher synchronization of anthesis (50%～60%) with the male parent. In the characters of stigma of K17A, the rate of exsertion was over 80%, the length was 1.43 mm, the total surface area was 2.29 mm 2, the adhesion to pollen was about 70 pollen grains/mm 2, and the vigor was strong and kept a long time. All of thess characters were better than those of the other two CMS lines. Therefore, K17A has good coutcrossing habits and it is easy to reach high yield in its multiplication and hybrid seed production.
