摘　　要：主要阐述了混凝土改性的措施及机理,通过在混凝土拌和物中掺入外加剂、纤维、有机聚合物等,可显著改善新拌混凝土的工作性和硬化混凝土的耐久性与力学性能;同时对每种改性措施的研究现状和应用情况进行综述,并展望其发展前景。This paper mainly elaborates the measures and mechanism of modification of Concrete. The workbility of freshly mixed concrete and the durability and mechanical properties of hardened concrete can be remarkably improved by mixing additive, fiber,organic and etc. with fresh concrete; in the meantime, this article sums up the the research and application actuality of each measure as well as forecasts the development of it in the feature.
