摘　　要：在ControlNet现场总线网络环境下,采用美国罗克韦尔公司的ControlLogix控制系统平台,构建了一个完整的软冗余控制系统,实现了控制器对控制对象的跨网络冗余控制。提出了时延优化策略等改进软冗余系统切换效率的有效方法,通过对被控对象输出状态的测试与对比,证实了该方法对改进软冗余系统性能的可行性,弥补了软冗余方式存在的不足。This paper has designed an integrate redundancy system by software method which adopts Rockwell ControlLogix control platform based on the controlnet fieldbus,the system enable the controller to master objects which situates different fieldbus, Give some effective methods such as Time Optimization Strategy which can improve the switch speed of redundancy system by software method,By testing and comparing the output status of the objects, it affirms the validity of these methods and remedies the shortage of redundancy system by software method,
