摘　　要：对4Cr5MoV1Si热作模具钢经常规热处理和强韧化热处理的组织与性能进行了对比试验。结果表明,该钢经强韧化工艺处理后,细化了碳化物和奥氏体晶粒,增加了板条马氏体数量,提高了钢的强度和韧度,从而显著提高了磨具的使用寿命。Based on the contrast test of the microsturcture and performance between the conventional heat treatment and the strengthening and toughening process for hot-die steel 4CrSMoV1Si,the follow conclusions were given out：the carbide and crystal-particle of the hot-die steel fine after strengthening and toughening process; the number of batten marten.site increase, the properties of the steel improve and the operating life of the die can be prolonged effectively.
