甘蓝型油菜与芽菜属间杂交新品系的形态及解剖学特征

摘　　要：甘蓝型油菜与荠菜属间杂交新品系ＹＤ１６的根、茎和叶的外部形态似母本美国油菜．但分枝部位较低、茎秆较矮、成熟期早等性状偏向父本荠菜。ＹＤ１６根、茎、叶大多数解剖结构特征介于双亲之间，少数性状如根中韧皮部和木质部所占的比例偏向母本，花粉粒大、叶片厚度小、叶片绿色浅等属超亲性状。Anatomical features were observed on a new strain YD16 by intergeneric hybrdization with Brassica napus and Capsella bursa-pastoris, the results were followes: ①Thecuter features of YD16 in root, stem and leaf was simiar to aether B. napus. while the lower branch. shorter stem and rnaturity earlier were similar to father. ②The inner structure ofthe root,stem and leaf mostly was between mather and father. only little property as thephloem/xylem had tendency to mather. ③Seldom superior character existed. the pollengrain larger than that of parants, the leaf thickness thinner to parants. ④Therefore, theanatomical struclure of YD16 in root, stem and leaf mainly was between parants.
