摘　　要：本文综述了“中国历史文化名镇(村)”评选的基本情况,并从历史文化村镇保护重要性认识、保护法制体系、保护规划、保护资金、监管体制五个方面,指出我国目前在历史文化村镇保护中存在的问题、不足与急需进行的工作。This paper summarizes the basic situation of choosing ＂Chinese historic town （village） ＂from appraisal and points out the problems, deficiencies and urgent works about the current conservation for domestic historic town in terms of the cognition of the importance, legal system, planning, funds as well as supervision and control.
