摘　　要：目的了解塔里木盆地子午沙鼠的种群数量动态。方法利用2003年对在塔里木盆地捕获的867只子午沙鼠,根据酮体重划分为5个年龄组,应用生命表法分析了该种群数量动态,旨在研究塔里木盆地子午沙鼠种群变动规律。结果雌、雄子午沙鼠期望寿命(ex)分别为1.368 1年和0.992 9年,平均死亡率(q)分别为0.535 3,0.669 8,妊娠期约为25天,哺乳期25天左右,平均产仔数6.747只,繁殖力和产仔数与年龄有关。内禀增长率(γm)为0.702 9/年,周期增长率(λ)为2.019 5,世代时间(T)为1.431 7年,种群经一个世代净增殖率(Ro)为2.735 4。结论表明塔里木盆地子午沙鼠种群目前尚属稳定。Objective To know the dynamic of population quantity of Meriones meridianus in the Tarim Basin. Methods Eight hundred and sixty -seven Meriones meridianus captured in the Tarim Basin in 2003 were divided into 5 age groups according to their trunk weightso The dynamic of population quantiy was analyzed with life - table method in order to study the patterm of population fluctuation of meriones meridianus in the Tarim Basin. Results The life expectancy （ ex ） of the male and female meriones meridianus was 1. 368 1 years and 0. 992 9 year while the average mortality （ q ） was 0.535 3 and 0.669 8, respectively. The gestational period and lactation wee about 25 days, respectively with average reproducing newborn mice of 6.747. The reproduction and reproducing number related to their ages. The intrinsic onset rate （ rm ） was of 0.702 9/year and periodic onset rate （ λ） of 2. 019 5, generation time （ T） of 1. 431 7 ysars with net reproduction rate （ Ro） of one population for a generation of 2.735 4. Conclusions It shows tha the population of meriones meridianus in the Tarim Basin is stable.
