摘　　要：针对底部框架-抗震墙砖房的结构特点、震害特点,结合《建筑抗震设计规范》,提出了四个方面的设计要点.To the structural characteristics, earthquake characteristics of the masonry building with frame- shear wall at first floor, combined with ＂the antidetonation design specification of the building＂, this paper has proposed some main design points from four respects.
